commentHired Mr . Dunn along with a few of his associates to do work on my home . He came out and gave an estimate of cost to complete the project. The next day Randall and three men showed up to take the siding off of my home and collect money . After which time some materials that I paid for were not placed on my home . He texted stating he needed more money to replace items on my exterior and each time I paid . He has not returned in four months, when I asked for my money back after hearing many excuses and him not ever doing any more work. He then stopped taking my calls etc and blaming it on someone else. I advise anyone do not give any money to him or his company they are not even a legal company. I have now hired a lawyer and he is doing work to uncover my losses. He recently made a promise to pay and had never shown up with a dime . Do not trust that he will keep his word , once he knows that you will pay he will play on that to get as much as he can and never show up . Do not hire him , as you will regret it . It’s now December and cold he ripped all the wood off the back of my house leaving it exposed to cold air and now my Christmas is ruined because of him !!!

Swindled money to complete a job -

commentRandy was supposed to pour a concrete pad for a screened porch. He obviously didn’t know what he was doing (failed inspection twice!), then never poured the concrete after I gave him $1500 with the agreement I would pay for the concrete and he would do the work. After weeks of gaslighting is as to when it would be done, and deliberately scheduling for bad weather do he could indefinitely “reschedule”, he no longer responded to calls or texts. A tree guy we hired, whose known randy for years, later said “don’t worry. I don’t pull a Randy dunn on you! Im a man of my word! When we did have the concrete poured by another company we also had to buy 2 extra yards because dum dum (randy) dug some of the footers up to 28” instead of just 20, significantly adding to the cost. The ditchdigger (Randy!) also stole my shovel.
Scammer and Lier - 12/8/2022 - I hired him to do work on my house and he showed up , gave a quote and took money. Granted I have seen him twice since September to take my money and no more work. I will be seeking a lawyer.

Better Options, Avoid unless you like Repeating Yourself -

commentFound Quality Construction on Craigslist and called him out for an estimate. Things seemed fine enough at first and some work was done. However, we tried to do another project with Mr.Dunn and he attempted to change it to something he wanted to do after 3 separate meetings. He scheduled times to discuss the project twice at the property and didn't show. When he did call he acted as if he had amnesia and would try to tack on projects. Ultimately he left us hanging and showed up, physically, 4 days later without any communication or warning, claiming he had lost his phone and that he wanted to start another project. We found this activity to be highly irritating and suspicious. Not to mention we had to ask for a simple project nearly 5 times because he wanted to work on his terms. Take the time, research your contractors, get them licensed, and avoid handymen like this unless you don't mind repeating yourself.
came reom dirt - 8/19/2021 - Don't ever let Randy Dunn near your home or for that mater any project. He will steal your money and his work is dog doo. I have many pictures of the job he screwed up from painting over my windows, miss hung doors, tile work that looks like a two year old did it and on and on. Dunn is a alcoholic criminal.

commentI hired Randall Dunn of Quality Contracting to trim some limbs of a large live oak tree that were encroaching on my property. He asked for $350 up front and the balance when he completed the work.
He tried to have me use CashApp, but I only agreed to use Paypal. He never showed up for the work when it was scheduled, and it has been 2 weeks since then and no work has been done. I asked him for a refund and he keeps saying OK, but has made no attempt to return my money.
Do not hire this man or company; it is a scam.
