Fredericksburg Remodeling Incorp. (FRI) remodeled and added an addition to our 1926 dilapidated house. Mike Carriger and Dave Hottel (540) 379-2937 are the master carpenters and have a team of expert electricians, plumbers, HVAC, flooring, etc. They are very professional and willing to work with you on design changes, and very fair on price. The house had sat vacant for 15 years and every room had paint hanging from the ceiling and walls as well as every wall/ceiling had numerous cracks through the plaster walls/ceiling. 3 rooms upstairs ceiling had to be replaced due to hurricane damage. All the plumbing, including the sewage & water line to main, had to be replaced along with all the electrical. New HVAC and hot water heater had to be installed and the boiler and radiators removed. Insulation had to be blown in walls and attic because there wasn't any insulation. Fredericksburg Remodeling Incorp built a 27' x 20' addition to house a new modern kitchen, master bedroom and laundry room so that all necessary amenities are on the main level. They framed-in and installed 2.5 new bathrooms, installed attic stairs, replaced 22 windows, shored up the garage, installed new roof over the existing and new addition, refinished the floors, installed new crown molding, as well as to many other things to mention.
