We hired Mr. Yaegel to install flooring in our home and had nothing but problems from the start. He was irrational and difficult to deal with. We fired him once for not coming through with materials he said he had ordered. Then hired him back when he promised to come through. We noticed some issues with the floor and found the following: No moisture barrier was placed under floor installed over cement. The underlay does not overlap nor is it taped securely. Flooring was shimmed in many places with cardboard. He tries to say we approved it that way! He worked on an overnight basis so we could not watch his work. Half of the quarter round was not secured into place. The floor in the kitchen has voids underneath and the is coming apart. The warranty with the manufacturer is voided because of this. He has never offered to fix this disaster and further claims there is no problem! He says that because his receipt indicates "No Refunds" that he should not be held accountable in any way!
