I called this store looking for carpet for my home. I said hello how are you and she said who is this. I responded with my name. She said who are you calling for. I said no one in particular, just calling for information. She responded well if you have something to say I suggest you spit it out! I responded with excuse me? No answer-phone disconnected. I called back thinking either the phone messed up or perhaps this was just a nasty employee and I should give the company a chance at my business. When I called back the same lady answered, I asked if she was the owner and was SHOCKED she said yes... what do you want. I asked her straight forward why she was being so rude to me. She said well your not getting to the point and wont tell me what you want. HELLO- I want what anyone one calling a carpet place would want. Right? I told her well I wanted to be a customer. I asked her if she treated all her customers this way and she said no, but I am really busy! I ended the conversation thanking her for time and told her I would be sure to let people in are area know how I was treated. That's what I'm doing now. I have NEVER left negative feedback. This experience was bad enough I plan to let everyone and anyone know. What is even more of a joke is that their website says something about excellent customer service- wow what a joke. I have never been treated so rudely or disrespectfully when trying to purchase something.
