Same as the other reviewers state. Tim Feruzzi performs sub par work and that's being generous. He's also rude, condescending and attempts to cut every corner possible to save himself a dollar. I've never encountered someone this petty in my life.

This guy also owns "Highland Roofing". I gave him 4,000 cash deposit to do my roof there was a lot rain but he used that to his advantage. He came here twice. Not three or 4 times as he clams. would not return my calls did not show up for an appointment. did not call to properly cancel the appointment just left me a email and told me he could not make it. DID NOT inspect my roof, did not take pictures. I told him that I wanted to cancel the roof job. He told me he would return my money in a month!!! after what I read about him on the internet and that he has done this before I had no choice but to retained a Lawyer fast. The end result was this guy took 650.00 from me for his time WHAT TIME!!!! He did not buy shingles like he first told me. He told my Lawyer he was here 3 or 4 times. He lies. He had complaints with the BBB. What ever Tim Ferruzzi throws out there will just come back to him. It called KARMA!!!!!

I hired his company to repair my laundry room floor. He was charging me 1600.00. I thought it was for the whole floor but it was only for a small part. I wrote him a partial payment for 975.00. His employee put a big hole in my floor and went to get the flooring materials. I called Tim to tell him i only wanted the middle part of my floor done as i couldnt afford the whole thing. He said the 1600 was for just part of my floor. I told im i wasnt paying 1600 for just the middle of my floor and he told his worker to stop work. He called me a game player and said he had to pay his employees with that money. The supplies cost 225.00 so i dont mind paying that but he owes me the rest of my 975 back. I filed a complaint with the BBB and its been 15 days and he hasnt given my money back. The next step will be the Attorney Generals Office and then if that doesnt work I will take him to court. I am a Disabled Vet and only get paid once a month so i need that money back. It cost me 550.00 to have someone do the job He should have done so I really need that money back
