Salesman came to our home at our request and sold us the most wonderful building and said he would be with us every step of the way and we were in good hands. Salesman told us he was also the job coordinator. The next time we saw him after the sale was when he came out to lay out the pad on the site and he was literally a babbling idiot - he had no clue about what he was doing! -and was, to be polite, very emotional. Morton requires about 1/3$ at time of sale, 1/3 when the materials are dropped off, and 1/3 when the contractor beats on your door and says we are pulling off. The contractor never koffered to show us our building he just wanted his check. About 10%$ is due at the end of the project. In our case the end of the project came with a bill in the mail. No Morton representative had ever shown us the building and how it was built to the design agreed upon. BTW the building was NOT built according to the design. The salesman has not followed thru as any kind of a job coordinator. He bad mouthed us to a sub contractor. In case you are wondering about us the customers: All our bills have been paid in full promptly. think twice before going with Morton for your building.
