Bobby was hired to dig up my yard so a mason could rebuild foundation walls. When he got here, he pulled out the clothes line in the backyard with his backhoe (glass broken in the cab and, subsequently, I continue to find in my yard).He wound up pulling out electric line in front yard (As it turned out, I was OUT OF POWWER for a WEEK because that night a tornado hit Beacon & Fishkill-crews were needed in those areas and I (understandably) would have to wait.) Had he just paid attention, neither would have happened! He hit/damaged the siding on my house in several areas with his backhoe. He suggested pulling the bottom rows of siding up, pushing the dirt against the house and using the pulled siding to fix the damaged siding. He put in drainage that does not work and was not done properly (per other contractors I've since had at my house). Left ditches in my yard from his machinery (that he promised he would fill in before he left). He had multiple machine failures and multiple employees quit. While it did rain a lot, this job started in April and it was September when his equipment left my property. He did not clear enough dirt from my yard and it is improperly surveyed. I STILL need to have someone come in (and pay more money!!)to remove truckloads of dirt before it can be properly surveyed. Every time I go out in my yard, it sickens me that I hired him.
