I am a previous employee of M&M construction, I was paid 16 dollars per hour and all though yes it was a cash job I had to wait weeks for a paycheck even though I was told by Jeff that I would be paid weekly, we would work all day from 7am to 6 or 7 at night and not see a dime for any overtime even though we would put in 66 to 80 hours a week, He claims that it's a cash job with bonuses, never seen one. He constantly yells at his employee's for the simplest mistake or not moving fast enough, It's hard work but I would have thought that you would have great craftsmanship over speed. He says in his advertisement that he is willing to train, he's not. If you can't swing a hammer don't apply. If you don't like being yelled at, don't apply. If you are OK with average pay or paychecks when he can, can handle a hostile boss then this job might fit. Oh yeah and you have to be on the jobsite 30 minutes before. You gotta set up the jobsite for him as well. Overall in my opinion it's a horrible experience, although I used to love building houses and polebarns. After working for Jeff I'm not in a rush to do it anymore. Heck I work at McDonald's now and I make 19 dollars per hour and I usually work 100 hours per payperoid and get 28.50 per hour for anything over 80 hours. It's just sad that you can make more money making burgers than you can in the construction trade.
