Darrin was referred to me after completing an insurance rebuild for someone known to me. Darrin was hired by my wife and I to renovate a home. While his ideas were quite good, the execution was marginal at best. When he was un-hired after more than a year, major parts of the project were un-finished or done poorly. We are now working with other sub-contractors to redo and complete this project. If you are considering hiring Darrin Cashman, check to make certain that he is licensed and bonded in Georgia. Be very specific about your timeline for your project and check in on him daily. I would highly recommend a performance bond prior to hiring him.
