This company is not insured, dispirit what his web site might say. He does not have a crew, sub contracts out everything. A lot of sub contractors will not work for him because of lack of payment, or does cash up front only. Has an excuse for every delay, but mostly makes it up. Inferior material, does not follow blueprints, poor communication. Seems confused most of the time. TOOK 2 YEARS TO BUILD A SMALL HOME. Cuts conners, multiple cost over runs. Says he is a Christian, but I believe he just says that to get Bussiness, and get unearned trust. Gives a lot of lip service but seldom follows though. He really needs to be investigated. The only good review he got was from a person related to him that he didn’t build a house for.

I have had several new homes built and worked in code enforcement. BY FAR... THIS IS THE WORST BUILDER I HAVE EVER SEEN AS A HOME BUILDER EVER!!! I don't have a square or plum wall inside or out. In fact, one outside wall is in a 12 f00t span is 4" out of plum!!! Kitchen counter tops had to be cut into sheet rock to make it fit. The stone back splash shows the large ways in the wall. I had 57 defects at closing he wouldn't fix. Didn't paint 2 coats as agreed on most of house. His workers tore up my driveway and he told me he would fix it after the movers were finished. HE LIED!!! he refused to fix the driveway. He came up with $2000 blue sky in credits and said for me to fix it myself and when I showed him there was no extra $2000 owed to give credit,and before I paid him the last 10% owed, he needed to fix the 57 defects. He refused and then he then LIEN the house $50K. I was at the build site almost everyday and documented and photographed all defects to backup the issues I have stated. DO NOT LET THIS MAN BUILD YOUR HOUSE, unless you want a inferior home built.

This guy couldn't build a barn if he wanted to. His subcontractors are not that good as far as craftsmanship and do not do quality work. He doesn't build square or plum so do not expect it. Frankly he should have his liscence revoked for what he is doing to customers. For someone that doesn't know anything about building stay away or you will fall into his trap.
