We had only a vague idea of what we wanted to do for an addition/remodel to our home. Vince looked things over, asked many questions about how we'd like to use our space, and came up with some terrific ideas that we had not envisioned. He translated those ideas to paper quickly and efficiently. The builder took it from there, and our now finished additions/reconfiguration are fantastic. Highly recommend.

Vince brought very little to the table design-wise and idea-wise. We did have a working set of build prints when we were done but even those needed modification by the truss company to make them work. So we could have hired a draftsman for much less to do the set. We had our own design coming in and a well focused layout. The lumber company guy made some nice design suggestions that Vince didn't see or suggest.
