The way this man speaks to people is degrading. He speaks to the elderly in the same degrading way. He doesn't care about the elderly. It is all about the money to him. I would NEVER put my family member in his assistant living community.

On the outside this man comes across as kind and professional.....but we have witnessed another side in dealing with him. A man out to only benefit himself, Terry Crochet will step on anyone, including the elderly, to get what he wants. If you cross him at all, or somehow get in his way, he turns into quite the bully and will do all he can to turn the tides in HIS favor.....no matter who he hurts. I would not do business with this man if I were you. He is self-seeking, dishonest and he is under-handed in his transactions with people. I pray God shows him how wrong he truly is. Shame on you, Terry Crochet.
