He has a degree in landscape design. He is not an architect.

We hired John 16 years ago to remodel our master bedroom and bath and are still dealing with the problems to this day! His plumbers to save time cut through load bearing floor joists and routed the toilet into both the master and other bathtub/shower and other toilet. The electricians vented the fans into the attic not outside. Eventually John and his crews walked off the job when we wouldn't advance him more money (he wanted 85% of his money when 50% of the job was done). We were forced to bring in our own people to finish the job. His design was terrible and his project management was even worse.
