In July of 2012 my real estate agent had been showing me waterfront homes. I had been underwhelmed. Then she took me to a home designed by Frank Gant on Edgewater Road in Pasadena, MD. I walked in the front door, saw the view, and was amazed at the unique towering ceilings and lines more reminiscent of art than architecture. Needless to say, I purchased the house. It is extremely solid in construction with beamed ceilings. All windows are actually sliding doors that lead to four decks on five different levels. Mr. Gant made optimal use of the view by carrying spectacular views from the outside into all living areas, including three sliding doors in the master bedroom overlooking Park Creek. I have never been this satisfied with a house. I have nothing but praise and felt that I should share my deep satisfaction with others who may be fortunate enough to encounter Mr. Gant and his firm.
