commentBoard members serve for decades supporting their insular friends. Board sued (successfully) for bigotry and discrimination. Paper thin walls. Conversatons from adjoining apartments are heard very clearly. When their toilets are flushed you'll get to hear that too. Almost a complete turnover of residents in the last 15 yrs.

commentnoisy, dirty, no sound insulation, drafty, defibrilators on the hallway walls, poor management, cockroaches,smelly trash rm., no parking, overpriced, no fireplaces, no outside space & constant renovations going on....get the picture? People think it is an elegant place, but the reality is horrible. Buy or rent at your own risk....
