We have a leak from somewhere coming into our apartment (147). It has been a week (tomorrow) that the office has known. The leak is still not fixed. Seems like there is no hurry on their part to get this taken care of. We were told this was fixed but it is not because water keeps coming in. Since Monday we have had blowers trying to dry out the carpet but it is pointless because of the continuous water flow. No telling what our electricity bill will be with 2 blowers and a dehumidifier plugged in for days. Not to mention the fact that we are paying for a full apartment yet can't even use half of it! No one calls to update us on the status of what is going on. We have to contact them to find out what is happening and what the next step will be. However the answers are always vague. In my, and I am sure many others, opinion this is not a great way to run a business. I am sure that the owner of the building, Lance Belcher, would agree. So if anyone around our apartment knows of any leak that is happening in their apartment please comment or let the office know so that it can get taken care of since obviously the leak they "fixed" wasn't actually fixed.
