Management does not follow up on disruptive tenants. They allow certain tenants to play loud music, throw furniture off of their balcony and cuss in front of small children. Other tenants are keeping their kids inside because this bad tenant may possibly hurt a child. This tenant smokes marijuana, if he did this in privacy people would not care but he is smoking out in the open area where children and adults can see and smell it. Law enforcement has been called several times but their hands are tied and management needs to follow through with eviction. This is why I no longer live there. I felt I had to move because management seemed lazy or just afrAid of this disruptive tenant. This disruptive tenant still lives there and it is not fair to the other tenants that have to work and just want a little bit of peace. The outrigger apartments in Fresno ca, are a thumbs down. The other tenants are nice a hard working but management needs to step up.
