The owner showed us the facilities and the apartment. We loved the apartment. Everything is with good quality and looks like new. Love the floors that are easy to clean, and the refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher are in good condition. The is a two-bedroom one bathroom apartment, so our son will have his bedroom with walking closet, and an office for study. It has a dining and living room spaces for furniture and a porch or balcony. The location of the buildings is located close to Des Moines university, and they have garages as well as uncovered parking for the cars. The way the apartments are built facilitates the cars access, and in the middle of the facility there are several amenities for recreation such as indoor and outdoor pools, and BBQ areas among others available. We saw students that looked happy, safe, and comfortable while we were visiting. Finding a nice apartment for our son after a long trip was really a blessing. This experience just demonstrated that the owner of Four Seasons Apartments continues thriving for providing high quality to their customer. We give five stars to Four Seasons Apartment.
