This place is a horrible place to live. The Landlord is a thief and very unethical. People have died here and he has gone in and stolen items from there homes before the family can go in. He has stolen money, jewelry and special items belonging to the persons whom have passed away. He charges outrageous fees and lies about them and says you owe them. We moved out of this place and left it extremely clean, cleaner than when we rented. We had pictures he did not want to give us our deposit back we had to take him to court we won!He got called a lair.There is a bug problem even roaches and BED BUGS! I recall one tenant that wanted to move he went through there stuff and humiliated them when just to double check if they were bringing bugs in. The maintenance man is a thief and will go into your house and steal things don't leave money lying around.Unless you want to end up in court for no reason or be charged outrageously, or be an an unsafe area i warn you dont move in STAY FAR AWAY!
