On November 5, 2013 I called Mr. Tim Vance regarding a gas heater that was in need of repair in my mobile home that I have in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Mr. Vance stated he would come out on Tuesday morning to look at it. Mr Vance never showed up and didn't bother to call me. My tenant arrived Tuesday evening and stated the heat had not been fixed. When I called him the evening of November 6, 2013 he was very cold and very unapologetic and didn't care that I was upset. If you need someone that is dependable don't call Tim Vance......I would give him a F-. I also called HPAC services in Bowling Green Kentucky that recommended and told them what Tim Vance had done. Hes totally disrespectful toward his customers and you should never never use him.
