- Took nearly a month to still NOT fix our unit. Not reliable. Sometimes just won't show up - - Nikki B. - 8/26/2016 - comment
Mr Brooks is a nice person but isn't cut out for this line of work. It took over a month to basically do nothing but promise to fix our unit and get parts. And it still isn't done alost a month later. He didn't show up at least 3 times he said he would and he didn't contact us back to update us on progress, or lack there of. His office finally would contact us back. His actions left us high and dry on our rental house. We now have someone that is fixing our unit in a total of 3 days. Do not use this service. No reliability.
