- Extremely Poor Workmanship and Negligent Management - - Anonymous user - 10/11/2022 - comment
10/11/22 $6,500 was paid in advance for a completely new HVAC system. My personal opinion and observation is that this company does extremely poor work, and the owners will not correct their shoddy lack of craftsmanship. The new HVAC system heating panels are scratched. The condenser coils are damaged. A 21-year-old PVC drain line was not replaced. A 21-year-old outdoor electric panel box was not replaced (potential safety/fire hazard concern). The heater plenum was not properly sealed and leaks air when the fan is on. Tubing insulation was torn by hand, and not cut to fit the copper HVAC lines. Rubber grommets on the furnace were not secured. The technicians ran A/C lines from the condenser into the home and left an opening, a hole in the outside exterior wall. Seventeen photos were provided to the Better Business Bureau and the State of Tennessee Division of Consumer Affairs.

This is my personal experience; I just wanted to update the mis-diagnostics from this company and stress that anyone calling this company out for help in their heating or a/c systems would take my personal and protected opinion to obtain a second opinion before committing to any diagnostic statements made by this company ior any of its representatives ;The a/c unit that I was told by an employee of this company that my a/c unit would need to be replaced in less than 10 minutes at my house and how the pressure was applied to me to finance a brand new unit that almost cost our family $ 5,000.00 . The a/c unit - compressor that I was told was shot and could not be repaired was actually repaired by a second company I called out for less than $ 125.00 and low and behold it is still working great thru out this summer and continues to operate properly. The owner of this business made accusations that were not true and all I wanted was my service fee reimbursed and yet he attacked me verbally and had his lawyer call to threaten me , but we all know the supreme court ruled anyone including me can post a review as long as it is true and reflects my personal experience with this or any company doing public business. I have not heard back from anyone and do not expect to but wanted the general public to know to always get a second opinion no matter who it is , especially this company ..thanks for your time reading about MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE !!
