This guy sold me a $180 thermostat which ceased to work a few days later. He replaced it with a less expensive model as a loaner. The loaner had less functionality. He also sold me a service agreement for $185 for which he continues to refuse to provide a written agreement as to what it covers. He now claims the bad thermostat is working AT HIS HOUSE. I suggested he refund the difference of the $180 thermostat and the loaner ($23 at Home Depot). He claims his price is $80, almost a 300% markup. I told him I would accept $100 refund. And I was cancelling the service agreement. He agreed to this on the phone. It has been over 1 month and nothing has happened. I reported this to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS THIEF !!!

He lied to me upfront about what needed to be done to fix my heating unit. He even recommended that I replace it for $800 more. I asked what needed to be fixed and he stated because I didn't have an air filter in the unit the coil was clogged as well as needing a new gas valve. Because of poor customer service I drove to my rental unit to find that there was an air filter in the heating unit and the coil was not clogged. The technician said the heating unit worked fine. I called Mr. leak the next day and said he would refund $260... It is 3 weeks later and no refund. I am currently having him and his business investigated. Do not do business with this crook.
