6 years ago I had this outfit install an a/c and furnace in my home. Mike Murphy talks a great game but when it comes down to a problem his outfit falls on it's ass. Serviced last Tuesday for no a/c and told me it was fine. I paid for a $91 service call. Today, Saturday, I call and am told that they will charge me for a weekend service call. I observed that they were here on Tuesday for the same issue and he stuck by that b/s deal of weekend service call. No confidence, no play, go elsewhere.

Michael Murphy runs a shady business. He overcharged a single mom triple for my windows. He has no conscience and does shady work. Bad Karma will come to him eventually.
