I called Stoudt Heating and Air Conditioning on the coldest day of the year; My heat was out, 52 degrees inside. He asked me detailed questions on the phone and only then did he come out when he was sure I needed a service call. Within two hours, fifteen minutes early for the appointment,he was at the house. He was pleasant, polite, and educated me on everything he was doing and home heating in general. He was able to fix the heater with just a service charge, $80, and no new parts. He is the only HVAC repairman I will use. I will call him in the spring, as he recommended, for a heater cleaning and an air conditioner checkup. .I will recommend him to all my friends.
