I HAVE LIVED IN TEXAS ALL MY LIFE AND HAVE DONE BUSINESS IN MANY PARTS OF THE WORLD. THIS GUY, NAMED JOSH WHITE, IS A PIECE OF WORK AND REALLY IS NAMED RIGHT...HE IS A JOSHER ! HE INSTALLED AN AIR SYSTEM ON PROPERTY WE OWN AND SEEMED SO NICE. NEVER SAW HIM AGAIN AFTER HIS HELP, WHO COULD NOT SPEAK MUCH ENGLISH (THAT PART IS OK). HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE BACK TO CHECK ON THE INSTALLATION ETC, BUT WE NEVER SAW HIM AGAIN. LATER WE HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH OUR SYSTEM AND CALLED HIM...OH DON'T BE DOING THAT NOW! HE JUST IS NOT IN THE MOOD TO HELP ON SERVICE. THIS MUTT NEVER SHOWS UP AND IF HE DOES IT IS ALWAYS LATE. ON TOP OF THAT HE SHOWS UP WITH AN ANGRY ATTITUDE WANTING TO FIGHT EVERYONE IN SIGHT. WE COULD NOT BELIEVE THIS JOSHER. WE ARE JUST TELLING YOU EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED IN OUR CASE. YOUR CASE MAY BE DIFFERENT BUT IT IS YOUR MONEY - SPEND IT BETTER THAN WE DID. THIS STATEMENT IS GOD'S TRUTH AND HAPPENED TO US AS STATED HERE.
Anonymous user - 6/14/2022 - Worst HVAC company I have ever dealt with.... DO NOT USE this cat JOSH is a joke... He miss diagnosed 2 units and was going to replace them... Lucky for me his foul mouth made me drop him!
