Go somewhere else. Miky Acoca installed my HVAC unit. Shortly after it was installed, musty smell in my basement. Turns out he didn't run the drain line to the outside. Just left it coiled up in my crawl space. Later denied it. Gave him another chance by requesting a bid for a system in my guest house. He never delivered the bid. After that, my in-warranty condensor stopped working because it had sprung a leak but Miky blamed it on the filter. He replaced the filter, charged $100 for the visit, but it didn't fix the problem. He came back again, and without asking, installed freon into a leaking unit and then charged us for it. It leaked out completely within 2 days and stopped working again. I tried to get in touch with them to remesy but got no call back, which they later denied. But I sent them the text/phone records. Eventually had to find a new company. They did the warranty repair and everything has been great since. Cal refrigeration is flakey and does shoddy work with questionable practices. I do not recommend them. Note: they also go by California Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, & Heating, INC.
