This company sold us a 3 ton air handler and installed a 2 ton unit when they installed our top of the line Trane system. We had them out every 4-6 months with issues and to replace the compressors. The owner and receptionist were rude: acted like we were being difficult to please. We had a $500 electric bill because they would not respond and we ran on auxillary/emergency heat for a month. After 5 years, we had to call the regional representative to get the system mostly fixed. We still have noises/ringing when the unit is running.
