Upon the recommendation of a friend. I contacted this company to come and check my AC specifically with cooler weather coming my heat pump was blowing fuses in the heat mode. I contacted the repair man on Friday morning around 8:30 AM October 13, 2023. He told me he would get to me. At 4:30 I called back to see if he was coming. He told me he was full for that day which was Friday he would be 1030 Saturday. I said OK it’s two minutes till noon no call no text no show . Don’t know how good they are at what they do but I know they don’t do what they say
