Unfair. Crooks and Liars. Do not exchange money with them through your bank card or credit card. Terrible customer service. They are dishonest people. Do not do business with them Service people are ok. The business people who handle your money are shaky. took out maintenance agreement with them service my gas fireplace and air conditioning and heating. The payments are $67.00 a month. Last week someone contacted me to say that they were unable to use the credit card on file. My credit card was replaced last month with a new card and number. I gave them the updated card information. The next day I went to deposit $200.00 in my bank account and to my surprise saw that I only had a $100.00 in my account. When I got home I logged on to my account and found out that the had processed $867.00 out of my account. I called them after hours, they took my information and was told that someone will call me the next day, I called the next day. Their computers were down, no one could tell me why I was charged. I was told to contact Accounting at 9:00am. Computers were down. No one contacted me until Monday because of the negative post on their web site. The young lady told me she would look into it. I got a call the next from apologizing for the mistake. Not giving me a recourse to get my money. To make a long story short. I have been lied to, told it would take seven to ten business days(maybe). Big run around. I want to cancel cancel. I will never do business company, Would not recommend. Liars Cheaters Crooks.
