I had to sue this company to get my money back out of them. They did a shoddy job, did not fix the problem, double charged me and did not back up the work. When they left the roof was worse then ever. The owner is a nasty demeaning person. When approached to back up his own guarantee specifically written into the contract he tries to deny there is a guarantee even though it is in black and white on HIS OWN signed CONTRACT. He and his company are a nightmare...there are too many other roofing contractors out there to even take the chance with this one. My advice: Don't go anywhere near Armstrong Custom Roofing.
