Not only did they send out a person to try to fix our leak who was 40 minutes late, but he spoke no English. The office called that morning and told us he had very limited ability to speak. He did not find the leak, left after 15 minutes, had to borrow our ladder, and left with no resolution. We then got a bill for $100 on what was supposed to be a Free Estimate. I got in touch with the better business bureau. Another roofer came the next day, found the leak, fixed it, and only charged $75. And they spoke English to boot. I would not recommend Four Seasons Roofing to anyone. The office was very beligerant in helping settle this. They did not call back any of the three times I called regarding the bill. Rip off.
