I had a new roof put on by your company several years ago in Jefferson, La. Now I am having a problem with a leak that has cause damage to the living ceiling, etc. I have been having a difficult time getting someone to the property to check and repair the problem. It is still under warranty. I have been working with the manager in Louisiana and for some reason he has to work through Steve Soule who is in another state. I do not understand this situation. I know Mr. Soule is the owner, but I do not know why he has to approve this, since I have all the records of the job and CMR does not have any history of doing the work. Is this what happens after a job is done and later under warranty you have a leak. If I was going to be getting a new roof, I think someone would have been sent out to the property by now.
