In my personal opinion, Steve and Carol Cunningham are the most ignorant people I have ever met! Their business ethics are horrible. Before you consider having them do any work for you, I urge you to reconsider.

Home Guard roofed my home three years ago. I was assured by Mr. Cunningham that roofing my home in winter was not a problem. They did the job in good time and the roof looked fabulous. The first problem happened two months after they had roofed my home. The first storm we got after getting the new roof really wasn't a bad one. The wind was mild but steady. The next morning we woke up to shingles scattered all over our lawn. We called Mr. Cunningham and let him know about the situation. He told us when he got a minute he would make his way over. Three days later he showed up at 7:30 at night. There wasn't really to much sunlight to see the problem. Mr. Cunningham told us he would have a couple of guys come over in the next couple of days to fix the problem. After 8 days and nobody showing up to fix our roof my wife decided to call and see ifthere was some kind of problem. She called their office discussed the problem with Carol Cunningham which is the secretary and also part owner. When I got home from work that day, my wife told me Mrs. Cunningham was very rude. In the mean time we got a rain storm. The roof not being fixed the rain leaked throughout the attic destroying the drywall on our ceiling. They fixed our roof but refused to fix our ceiling. Telling us that it was not in the area of the damaged roof. We should have taken them to court but we try not to be involved in any type of confrontation. Lucky them!

I would like to start by saying, the foreman which is also the owner I believe, should be taken out and shot! These guys sided my elderly grandfather's home last year and did a horrible job. Not only did they do a horrible job but the time it took them to do it was ridiculous. My grandfather asked them multiple times to please watch there language around my daughter. My daughter is 4 years old and picked up on some of there profound language. I will tell you a couple of the words she picked up on, but I refuse to say some of them! It took my wife and myself months to get our daughter to stop saying bitch, cock, and fuck! Those aren't even the worst words they used around our 4 year old. After they ignored my grandfather and continued to use profound language around my daughter, he asked my wife to come pick her up until they finish the job. That took almost two weeks!
