They do good work... when it gets done. He takes his time when he needs to do something but when he wants his money, he lets you know with no advance warning and gets belligerent if he doesn't immediately get it. Had an unexpected bill show up more than 18 months after that work was completed. Commits to doing things (sure we will wash the windows after we install) and then doesn't. Never follows up on the quality of his workers. I would pass
