Attn. Mr. Robert Castleton, Owner/President Ms. Tim Castleton, Owner/Vice-President Mr. Greg Kain, Owner-Secretary/Treasurer Dear Sirs: On June 14 2016 I called twice in request to talk to Robert Castleton , I was told that he would call me back. It is now June 16, 2016 and no call, I find this to be very irresponsible. I had my own business and was taught good business practices and common curtsies and business good ethics. I do not know you and you don’t know me ,but this tells me a lot about your company ,If you employees were to treat your customers this way ,chances are they be looking for a new job ? I was taught to always take care of your customers, as they pay the bills. As it is you just polish the chair, you need to go back to school and get some manners.
