This guy is very immature and childish. He was my manager at another company who did exterior home improvements and was essentially fired. Just months before I had to consult the owner about some issues i had with him such as racial and sexual remarks and I left the company because of him. Somehow he feels at ease to ridicule just about anyone about anything yet, oddly enough, gets defensive if there are any remarks about being fat or old (Can you guess why). He is the type to joke with you then turn around and snicker behind your back. I think he has insecurity issues stemming from his youth. Just a guess, but a very educated guess. Aside from him being just being a ridiculous excuse of a human being I know his track record isnt great. Being fired, prison, owning another company which fell through within the next 2 years. My tip is even if he offers a good deal on a project, dont support this guy. He doesnt deserve any compassion nor help. PS: I believe there is a reason he is starting a company and its because he cant get a job anywhere. I'll leave it up to you to decide why that is. I have my own opinions which I'll reserve because that would open up a whole new can of worms. This would be the last place I would go and even then you'd have to pay ME.
