Pinnacle Energy installed our new roof and windows. We are very pleased and would recommend. Our representative was Eric, he was great and the price was very reasonable! I will be using Pinnacle again to replace the bow window in the future.

We had our aging roof replaced through Pinnacle Energy recently, and are extremely pleased with the outcome thus far. The 50 year warranty on the material and labor adds great peace of mind, particularly with the manufacturer's backing (and the transferability to the next homeowner). The workers were professional and cleaned up fairly well after the job was done--barely a trace (few pieces of old tar paper left over from the tear down in a coupe places). No nails or anything major left about. I only have minor complaints about some of the workmanship; in a couple places, the weather stripping underneath the singles on the edges wasn't perfectly flattened down. The only other (again, minor) complaint is a nail or two visible on the edges; when nailing down the singles, they went a little too far off the edge and through the weatherstripping. Nothing I can't easily remedy, and not unreasonable. Overall, I would recommend Pinnacle to others solely based on the no-nonsense approach. After agreeing upon a price and the materials we wanted used, their scheduling folks got back to us within a few days. A date was chosen (within the week!) for their team to come for the install. The day before, a dumpster was delivered to haul away the old material. Normally this is a one day job, but with temperatures in the mid 90s and high humidity, it need a day and a half (can't blame the workers for that one). They are pricey compared to other outfits, but you cannot always just compare dollars to dollars between roof companies. The 50 year warranty (both manufacturer and labor), quality of materials/weather proofing used, and the professionalism displayed by all tiers of their company set them apart from the rest. It also speaks volumes they have an A+ rating at the BBB (since 1998) and all their complaints are resolved. Don't take your chances with a shady, disreputable outfit.

My home was built in 1996. I have lived here for 20 years. This was my first time I've ever dealt with a contractor to complete a project for me. Pinnacle Energy made everything easy for me. The process of getting a new roof was smooth; from the initial consultation to the last bit of shingle being cleaned up, I couldn't be any happier. I recommend them highly!

I will say, right up front, that Pinnacle Energy may be the best business is their category but I will never do business with them. Rather than let their work show how good of a Home Improvement Company they are. they send groups of kids out to hawk the companies wares. Promising free estimates and badgering the neighbors even after you have politely declined the offers. Once you are have persisted in your refusal they tell you how you do not even have to "take" the estimate they have been promised $50.00 just for you signing up to have one. I think that this is a dishonest way of doing business and, even if this seem acceptable to them, it is not acceptable to do it @ 7pm in the evening. While I do not wish this Company any ill will, not having them around to continually use ploys like this would not be a bad thing.

We went from curiously wondering what new windows might run us to getting a quote that we couldn't walk away from. Everyone that worked with us was fantastic. They were prompt, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient in the work that they did. The new windows look great, we would absolutely recommend Pinnacle for your project.

I am pleased to say, Pinnacle Energy has done my siding, gutters and basement windows. The workers that came out were very nice and polite and answered all the questions I had. The work was done over the summer of this year with unbelievable results. I have friends that continue to drive past my house not realizing that they drove past my home, due to how incredible it now looks. I would love to thank them for the great improvements and the fantastic job they did! Now I am ready for the roof, I know who I am calling!

Pinnacle Energy replaced our siding with the Duraside product that includes an integral Styrofoam backing for adding strength and insulation value. Their quality of work is excellent. The siding was installed in a very neat fashion; no shortcuts taken. They hid various cables / wires that had been routed on the outside of my old siding, too, making the house look even better. They included new gable vents with the installation and we also got new shutters for the front windows. They showed up on time each day (took 2 days to finish the job). The siding is warranted for the life of the home through the manufacturer, too. They were flexible with the financing on the project, too. My only issues are: cleanup could have been a bit better; they got rid of the vast majority of the debris, but I'm finding a lot of nails that could have been picked up if a magnetic sweeper had been used - I don't think it was. Plus there is a downspout they removed and reinstalled that is not properly secured. I've been waiting around a month to get that resolved; I'm sure they will but it's taking a while. I would use this company again in the future.

The crew arrived as scheduled and worked neatly and diligently to complete the installation of 36 windows plus a sliding door all in one day. The crew worked very efficiently and the quality and cleanliness of the installation was impressive. The team prepared each area before installation and cleaned up exceptionally afterward. All the old windows were removed and hauled away with all the junk, leaving minimal clean up inside for us. Highly recommend.
