Pat Smith the Owner of Advantage Restoration in Milford, CT. Did a large job for us in Greenwich, CT. We own a very expensive home, and have many high end items in, and around the house. My wife happened to leave a valuable item in the Bathroom, and when Pat came to use that bathroom. The item was gone. My son said that when Pat came out of the bathroom he looked very suspicious, and couldn't get out of the house fast enough. On top of that the job began to come undone, and numerous calls to Pat were never returned. We chose not to call the authorities because we believe that he will be paid back through this post, and others. He also owns S & G roofing in Milford, CT. They have an F rating with the BBB for similar issues. Good Luck Pat! You should have not messed with me by violating our trust!
     Anonymous user - 9/13/2023 - Carl F / Tk is a liar! ! Get the facts straight!! Pat has NEVER worked for Advantage roofing company and would never steal from a homeowner period. Advantage Roofing is a whole separate business, that’s not even his phone number! Its Advantage roofing number. Plus has never done work in Greenwhich. The owner of Advantage roofing company can prove this, and is also upset, because defamation of character is against the law. Pat has been roofing for the past 25 years with the ut most respect in the community. Myhomepro you should really look into testimonies before you post them law suits could come you way in the future.
