Hired this contractor (Michael Dragonette) to put on a new roof near his home town. Thought I would give a local contractor the job. I was over charged and the materials that were not needed were never returned nor was I refunded. After calling several times, I still have excuses. Looks like I lost quite a bit of money. Then I checked, and Mr. Dragonette is not licensed or insured and has not been for a few years.

We hired Summit because the supposed owner of the business lives across the street. Took 2 days when he said it was a one day job. Charged us for more bundles of shingles than needed. The worst part is that he broke out chimney and now it is leaking and he keeps giving us excuses not to fix it. He is refusing to fix it. Come to find out, he is not licensed. I have proof that he said he was licensed. DO NOT hire this company to do ANY kind of work around your home. No license means no insurance.
