Hired Mark Wenzel to put new shingles on my home. There was a bad area of plywood under the shingles that was bellied. I pointed that out to Mark and he was going to replace the plywood, charging me accordingly. He did not do the roof himself, instead having three guys that spoke no English. When the shingling was complete I could see that the belly in the roof was still there. Upon going in the attic I could see that the plywood wasn't replaced in the bad area, though I was charged for repairing it. I made Mark aware of the problem and he refuses to fix it and is ignoring my phone calls. I will be seeking civil action against him soon. Do not deal with this guy or anyone associated with him. Not reputable. Google his name in WCCAP to learn more of him.
