After completion of our roof, we noticed that part of the siding was missing and incomplete, in addition that flashing was never installed as per contract. After countless back and forth communication, 3 weeks later someone came out and fixed the siding, but never addressed the flashing on the chimneys. The flashing sat on my front porch for yet another 2 weeks. After numerous calls to the owner and back and forth promises on when they would be out the chimney was finally flashed. 1 week later it rained... Water was all over my daughters bedroom and coming in from the poor job done around the chimney. I called the owner immediately and he assured me he would have someone out first thing in the morning. Per my request he agreed to completely take off the flashing and reapply it correctly rather than just patch it. The next morning no one showed up. No one actually came at all that day! I left several voice mails requesting a call back. No one returned my call. It rained again that evening, more water! I stopped payment on the check. Today someone came out spent 10 minutes tarring my chimney flashing. I called the owner again and explained (of course on voice mail, because he didn't answer again) that this was not our agreement. He has yet to call me back! I am so upset that this has taken a month to resolve and caused more damage to the inside of my house. I have contacted an attorney and filed a complaint with with BBB.
