Update to find another contractor -
- - 7/21/2020 -
commentJuly 21st 2020. Noticed a smell from our kitchen sink Jim put in. Looked underneath in the cabinet, black wet all over. The pipes are not connected together. Just pushed together. They are complete morons!!!

commentHere’s my list.
They dented my refrigerator, they broke the glass on my stove, they backed over my mailbox, they didn’t insulate my pipes in my new shower, first winter came, they froze. They didn’t attach the front porch post to the concrete. Their workers had their kids playing on my furniture. The towel bars from one bathroom to the next are not at the same height on the walls. They didn’t tighten down the faucet in the kitchen, it came loose. The paint they used inside my house was basically colored water. They did the worst tile floor installation I’ve ever seen in a home. And most telling of all, when we first met for a estimate of redoing my entire home, the first question Jim ask me was, “so, how much money did your insurance give you?” Never having done this before, I told him. Guess how much his “estimate“ turned out to be. After they finished and got paid, when problems started being found, they wouldn’t take or return my calls. And Jim, in person, flat out refused to fix the above listed issues.

Terrible installation -

commentThey did a horrible job on our ceramic tile floor installation. Apparently they have no idea what level means. If you’re reading this because you’re thinking of letting them do work on your home. Think again!

commentWe wish we hadn’t chosen them to redo our home. I could have gotten the guys standing in front of Home Depot to do a better job. And they probably would’ve had more experience at construction.
