His company did my roof and chimney last summer and now it is leaking . Needless to say, I got no answer when I called. After persist calls, the phone was answered by someone saying that James Fournier is out of business and he bought the company name. I wonder how many times this has happened. What recourse do we have?

Mr. Fournier got a contract from our church, located just down the street from his office at Grafton Street in Worcester, for the restoration of our roof. The contract was worth thousands of dollars. Two months on, the roof continues to leak and we have tried without success to get Mr. Fournier to attend to the leak. He has refused to return our phone calls. He is not a trusted roofer or chimney service contractor.
