When Jose died you told me if we need anything just ask I have tried a number of times to call and every time they hang up on me ,Our family is so hurt and unable understand how after so many years Jose worked for your company never missed a day’s work always fixing others mistakes he was the only legal person working for your company and you took advantage of him, it has been six months and still nothing you have swept him under the mat like he was an illegal and Jose was not he was a Permanent Resident working towards his legalization and this happened it’s sad when you’re trying to cover things up. I have struggled every month since he died it should not be like this we should be able to live like it was when he was alive why did you tell us when he died to ask for help if you were not going to help us I do not understand my son Lucas will graduate June and because of money issues unable to give him a party ,then he is going to start college July 27th spots be paying $45000,00 for that unable have a mortgage owe $15000,00 unable to pay that and the normal bills every month because my only income from SSI Sheila receives $ 597. 00 mortgage payments alone takes that so you see yes I have a lawyer but what other choice did you give me the workman’s comp refused the case we want to be able to live without having to worry if I’m going to loose my house or not .
