GFS was hired by our community manager who has been friends with him for years. The work on more than half the roofs failed inspection and George blamed the city inspectors for not "working with him". Most nails missed the rafters and our insurance wanted to cancel if they failed. George was the one in charged, never checked the actual work and just pointed the finger at everyone else. He has done a lot of unpermitted work in our community and he seems very unethical.

After using GFS Building Asset Management on multiple construction projects as well as paying invoices from GFS we realized how misrepresented the owner of GFS was when explaining why his company failed to perform as expected and as contracted. The owner became vindictive and attacked in writing the Board of Directors to all condo owners as well as the succeeding Roofing and construction company who successfully completed the job that GFS failed to accomplish. We would never use GFs again at our 23 unit condo Association.
