- Good job on roof coating but poor on other... - - JR - 6/13/2015 - comment
Poor communication all around! Didn't inform me it would take a month to complete roof coating for metal roof. Didn't tell me they planned to fix my brick sidewalk that workers drove over and cracked. Didn't ask if they could just toss bricks back in place with mud (yes real clay mud that crumbles & not mortar). Didn't inform me they would paint spots on my siding. I could have given paint to match, but instead they got their own that didn't match exactly nor same sheen and looks horrible. Now I must hire a painter and a mason to fix what they did. I only recommend this company of you want a quality roof job done but not in a hurry and have time to be looking over workers shoulders. I wish I would have told them to pick up their cigarette butts or to just not smoke on my property!
