I have attempted to secure roofing services from Knapp Construction on two different occasions in the past few years. On both occasions, the follow through lacked greatly. I was unable in both situations to secure services while I had a significant roofing situation. Knapp Construction led me to believe they would provide services or at minimum provide an evaluation/estimate of the damage to my roof. In short, they would not return my phone calls appropriately or eventually even be clear as to whether they could provide a service or not. Arrogance at its best. TK 8.15.15
