Charles Richard Oldham is a man who uses political tenure to destroy working class people by selling run down property and vehicles in Quartzite AZ under the business name Desert Gardens he is rude ,Pompous and feels invincible.He has been investigated by the FBI numerous occasions for his white collar crime that borderlines on organized crime. He attempts to extort and intimidate. He is a weak minded propagandist who own a small town publication that promotes hate and discord in our small loving community. He scams on vehicles and property without empathy or compassion. His associates are all current drug users and wanted criminals. His operates license should be pulled . Almost 84 years old wanting to retire. He scams for millions like he did when he was almost offed by a mayor of quartzite years back. He is a manager to society.
