Around 2001 an elderly man invested with Kenny Bounds as a joint Venturer in a north Dallas area residential development. The development sold out as a huge success. However Mr. Bounds never paid the man any of his rightful share of the profits. In fact Mr. Bounds didn't even bother to return any of the principle money invested, inducing a 100% loss to the elderly man. The elderly man invested in several developments with Kenny Bounds. Some performed while others didn't. But all said and done a profit was due. Mr. Bounds never paid any of the profits nor did he return any of the principle, inducing a 300K loss in principle.
